Don’t misunderstand me after reading the title, I meant it in a way that we end up spending so much time at work that it can easily be considered as the “second home”. However, the great thing to notice here is that when you spend so many hours at a workplace, you end with either of two feelings. Either you get stressed doing the amount of work that you do, or you actually do not realize how many hours you’ve spent at work already because of the nature of work, the vibe of your workplace, the stress from your colleagues or manager. For me, its been the second scenario where I enjoy my work ever since I’ve joined sapient. There are many reasons for that, you’ll read a few below.

It would be wrong to showcase Sapient consulting Bangalore as an ideal and perfect workplace as I’m sure it shares its fair percentage of things which people don’t like, but then, when you weigh the pros and cons of any workplace, the positives should be worth taking the risk and I can say that the risk I took a few years back, i am bearing the fruits for It now.
